Inside this vinyl record cabinet sits an additional compartment behind the fluted wooden front—a subtle detail that softens the open construction's severity. Used to its full capacity, the cabinet holds around 210 records—making it genuine storage for a growing collection.

Every piece is handcrafted in our workshop from raw solid wood using traditional joinery methods passed down for generations. We take no shortcuts with joints or finishing—this is why the cabinet ages with character rather than losing its charm with time.

The middle compartment front can be made as an open, slatted version if you prefer a lighter, more breathable look. We can also provide a drawer variant instead of the hinged compartment. Interior dimensions and layout adjust to your specific space, collection, and equipment.

The cabinet holds around 210 vinyl records when using the full capacity of every compartment. The side shelves and the inner compartment together provide plenty of room for a growing collection. Actual capacity may vary slightly depending on sleeve thickness.

Yes. The middle compartment easily holds CDs, SACDs and Blu-ray Audio discs. On request we can also build a drawer variant, which makes storing smaller media even easier.

Yes. The wide solid oak top fits most turntables, with room left over for additional equipment such as an amplifier. If you use a specific model, send us its dimensions and we'll help size the cabinet accordingly.

Yes. The open construction of the cabinet allows natural airflow around your audio equipment and helps dissipate heat effectively. For devices that need extra ventilation, we recommend keeping the clearances specified by their manufacturer.

The frame, top, legs and fronts are made from solid oak, while the interior shelves are finished with natural oak veneer. The whole piece is protected with a high-quality hardwax oil. On request we can also finish the wood in a different color.

Lead time is usually 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the scope of any customization and our workshop's current workload. Every cabinet is handmade to order, so we can adapt it to your space, your collection and your audio equipment.

For everyday cleaning, a soft dry or slightly damp cloth is enough. Avoid excess water, harsh chemicals, prolonged moisture and direct, intense sunlight. From time to time it's worth re-treating the wood with a suitable oil or hardwax oil.

Yes. On request we can build the cabinet from ash, beech or walnut, among others. Each wood species has its own color and grain character, so we're happy to advise which option suits your interior best.
