Shipping and Delivery
We work exclusively with trusted transport companies to ensure the highest delivery standards. Smaller packages are sent via courier services, while large, bulky items are transported by dedicated logistics companies.
Shipping Costs
Poland
We offer free shipping for selected products within Poland. The cost for other products is displayed in the shopping cart after providing the delivery address.
Europe
Shipping costs within the EU are calculated based on the location and type of products ordered. These costs will appear in the shopping cart during the checkout process.
USA and Canada
Shipping costs to the USA and Canada are also determined based on the location and type of items in the order and are displayed at checkout.
Returns and Cancellations
30-Day Return Policy
If the furniture you receive does not meet your expectations, you have up to 30 days to return it. Simply notify us by emailing contact@kunsst.com The return shipping cost is equal to the original delivery fee. For items with free shipping, contact us for details on the return process. The product must be unused and preferably in its original packaging.
Returning Damaged Products
We strive to ensure every piece of furniture is delivered safely and in perfect condition. However, due to the human factor involved in transportation, issues may occasionally arise. For this reason, we ask that you inspect the shipment carefully upon receipt, in the presence of the courier.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or the item, please document the issue with photos, complete a damage report with the courier, and contact us as soon as possible. This documentation helps speed up the claims process. While we aim for perfection, your prompt inspection ensures we can address any issues swiftly.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it is shipped and receive a full refund. Simply inform us by emailing contact@kunsst.com If the order has already been shipped, standard return policies apply.
Returning Customized Products
Products made to order with custom modifications (e.g., non-standard dimensions, finishes, or other changes) cannot be returned, as they are tailored to your unique specifications.
If a customized product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@kunsst.com. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include repairs, replacement parts, or other forms of compensation.
